CORPORATIONS. WALLABOO, Wednesday, Jan. 16. Present-His Worship the Mayor (Mr J. Malcolm, J.P.). Ore Or. Chatfield, J. Gfepp, W. Harman, J. Evans, W. Phillips, and T. Hanaence, and the Town Clerk, Mr A, Young. MAYOR'S BEPOST. The Maxob reported having attended on Saturday last, to meet the councillors to inspect the town as per resolution of the council, Cra Chatfield, J. Evane, and Harman were also in attendance. The other councillors not being present it was decided to post pone the inspection to a future time, The weather being oo oppressive doubtless was the reason why the other councillors did net attend. Cr Gepp attended subsequently and he (the Mayor) explained what had been done, he was sorry to learn that a number of the councillors had attended that day. Had he known that the adjournment of inspection was not generally understood, he certainly would not have gone away to the sale. The Port Lincoln mail steamer, in consequence, has to remain in Wallaroo un til the arrival of the mail by train to-day.
