The premium list for tho Foaith Annual Fair of the Stearns County Agricultural Association is published in this week's paper. ^It was prepared bj the Exooutive Committee with a special view to enoouraging the farmers to bring for exhibition their stook and farm products, and as will be seen the premiums offered are very liberal—in some instanoes double what they have ever been before. The purses for tri al* of speed are very light, as it isjn tended to make this a farmers' fair, eliminating almost entirely the horse raoing feature to whioh so muoh ob jection has been made at previous fairs by many. It now rests with the farm ers of Stearns and adjoining counties to decide whether this fair shall be a suo* oees, or whether by their indifference they will compel the Exeoutive Corn* mittee to return to the giving of large purses for trials of speed in order to make the fairs financially profitable....
