Y., M»r Ist.—We have further pariiculars of the locs of the Ocean Wave from one of the crew, Stephen Black I'he Ocean Wive look fire from her furnace on the downward trip off the "Docks'* about 40 miles above Kingston, on Saturday morn. ,ng, about 2 o'clock. When the fire wag first discovered, she was about a mile and a half from the shore, which she was immediately beaded for, but so intense was the heat that • lie machinery gave out, and she drifted to sea. THE LATEST NEWS Railroad Accident—Yesterday morning as the Northern train of cars was proceeding to Aquia Creek, at about 40 miles from the city, neai Coleman's depot, two of the passenger cars were throw n off the track by a piece of iron laying across the road, against which the w heels of the first car came in contact.— The cars were thrown upon one Bids—none of the passengers were hurt, however,and but little damage was done. Noßwai *, Cons., May 6.—The loss of life by Ife terrible railroad accident at the drawbridge is greater than was at first apprehended At the time of the accident the train was running at the rate of fifteen miles per hour.
