A SIIIP ON FIRE 'IN THE YARRIA. The unusual and exciting spectacle of a ship on fire in the Yarra (says the Argus) drew a large crowd to the Australian wharf nit Saturday. The vessel in which the fire occurred is the Mary Blundell, an iron clipper barque, whiclh was rdiclhargiog a miscellaneous cargo from IHamnburg, opposite the No. I shed. The fire was detected imine diately it broke olt in the hold, but so inllanmmable was the nture of the cargo that the combined etfforts of the crew with buckets, those of the fire brigades with steam pumps and hose fed from the Ynn Yean supply, and those of the four steamers which were speedily lnongside, and which fromi their puinps poured in an inmmense body of water, could not subdue the flames until the vessiel was actually filled, and settled deep' down into the iniid at the bottom of the Yurra.
