Locally prompt wheat I is not required urgently at present, 'owing tno congestion of larrivals in town and 3/6 to 3/61 is nominally quoted.Forward positions are firm .t 3/68 for Februiry delivery, and 3/84 's quoted for April to September extend ed delivery; Late yesterday business was done for February to June :t /178 to the extent of 4000 bags a month.A sale was also made at 31/8 for April-May-June; but to-day buy ors were disinclined to offer more than 318 for this delivery.
