The grass was responding well, and In reasonably stocked paddocks a fnlr amount of green feed was visible. Tbe blonfly had been very active, par ticularly where tbe ebeep bad not been rrulcbrd. Some flocka In the south of Ibe district were said to be Infested by lice, and dipping had been effected on nearly all stations. The wheat crops ?bov, iTiiund. This sbould release a lot of tlrd-up labor, and make It available for rabbit extermination. The condition of the rabbit pest bad wonderfully Im proved.
