Dintrf.gtintr Occurrence. ' ... Cixcixsati, Jun. 15.—A most distressing affair occured on Saturday night, in front of the National Theatre in this city. A young man named Jennings had circulated reports uufavorafneTo " the character of a young lady recohlly married to 11. H. Ormsbee. a clerk in the" national Telegraph office. The latter called Jennings out of the theatre and asked him if lie had reported as-alleged. Tbe-!atter replied, affirmatively, when -iDnnsbee drew a pistol and shut Jennings in the face, mutilating it >n a terrible manner, and rendering his recovery very doubtful. Ormsbee was admitted to bail this morning. ' '
