Glorious News. f Th tide of victory is setting in beauti fully for the Union arms, aud, thank heaven, we have Generals in the field who L-now how to take advantage of it. Heretofore the best and healthiest sea son down South has been frittered away by the Union troops, in cold, comfortless winter quarters, while the rebels, during their most pleasant season, were recupe rating and gathering strength to begin hostilities afresh in the spring. This season the McClellan programme has been set aside, and the 'fighting season' ' will continue until the rebels are whipt into the Union. This, at the present rate, will not be long.
