R. to form an alliance with the English bondholders for its capture and overthrow. A short time ago he was importuning these saino bond holders to sustflin tins same man agement of the road. IJetwccn these extreme positions there lias evidently eomcthing occurred which Mr. Collinson is more ready to see and acute to (eel than those to whom ho now appeals. A patient scrutiny cf the case reveals the fact that he was the agent of the A. M. fc O. It. It. until a few weeks no, when he became the atrent of the bondholders. On all the1 bonds negotiated and on all the iron pur chased for the company he obtaine iiocm commissions.
