A YOUTHFUL, DBUNKARD.-John : Mc Lelih, a youth of 14, was put forward on a charge of drunkenness. He was found so drunk on Saturday night that he had to be carried to the watchhouse, andi watched nil night. Discharged with a caution. A BIG THEFT.-A rustic looking young man named David Milne was charged with stealing two horses, a dray, and two ton eight owt of firewood belonging to Joseph Taylor. The'theft was cominitted on the 17th of last February, when prosecutor left his dray in Grccn-street, -Windsor, whilst he had his dinner in Chapel-street. On re turning to Greol-street he missed his horses and dray, but later on that evening he found them at the residence of Margaret Frost, in Peel-street.
