TUMBARUMBA. (By ' Geeiiung.') Tin; annual mooting of tho trustees of the Recreation Reserve, as previously mentioned, was held here recently, on the usual date. The minutes and correspondence wore confirmed and re ceived respectively, t Accounts amount ing to about ?&! '10s, being expenses incurred in making repairs i:i con nection with thu grounds, and the secretary's salary, were passed for payment. The balance-sheet for the past twelve months was presented, and ultimattoly adopted, tho jsrincipal receipts being Government grant, rent from Turf Club; and for right of grazing in the paddock, the proceeds from which were expended in im provements, with the exception of £2, balance to (he trustees' credit. ?Work, consisting of grubbing and clearing, about 10 acres and briar cut ting, to the amount of £17, was let to Mr. F.
