The Emperor of Austria, accompanied by Generate Hess, Gntnna, Keiiaer, Kollenstein, Rooting, Schlitter, and several other officers of Uie staff, went on Monday morning to Uie inter view with the French Emperor at Vtuafranca. The following telegraphic despatch was re ceived -at Paris ou Tuesday morning : — 4 VaUeggio, Inly 12. ' The Emperor to the Empkesr. ** A -treaty of peace has been signed between tlie Emperor of Austria and myself. Tlie con ditions of peace are the following : — An Italian Confederation, under the honorary presidency of Uie Pope.
