From ISO hens be claims to average an Income of $9 per week lor aine months of the year. He caters to the wants of his poultry instead of going down town and whittling pine sticks at the corner grocery, and finds it far more profit able. He makes a mash for the morning feed all the year round; mixes cracked corn, bailey, buckwheat and wheat screenings in equal parts for the noon feed, and whole wheat at night. In thecolder weather he feeds whole corn twice a week. His mash is made as follows: Equal parts of corn meal, scorts, fine feed (middlings) and ground beef scraps form the meal part.
