Mr. Pabsidiht and Oehtlimkn : The intelligent votor will so shape hit action as to make it conduce to the success of a principle, rather than the elevation of man. He will fool this to be the more incumbent upon him at such a time as the present, when tho tendencies of parties are moro distinctly marked than in any previous campaign.
