3 FATAL. A CO HUNT. Onr oftlip Track I.y In jr Force Killed at 1'oliu of Kuoka Till. Morning. This morning as tho construction train on the S. F. P. & P. K. with Thomas Corrigan as conductor and Harry Elliott as ougineor was backing up to tho front with mate rial for track laying and with a por tion of tho trad layers aboard a fatal accident occurred at Point of Rocks. A Mexican laborer was standing on tho front car with his back to tho front aud facing the engiue. Tho slack in the train piving way caused a sudden jerk of tho ear on which ho was standing throwing him backwards, on the track, as he was not holding io anythiug for support. Tho train was running at a lively rate of speed at tho tune but i.ugiueer Elliott seeing tho man fall immediately reversed, his engine and stopped as quick as possible but not until four oars had passed over the unfortunate man.
