The Democratic State Central Committee net at Columbus last week and decided to hold their State 'Convention July 15th. A motion to hold it August 26th, was defeated. Feqcce Nicholas, nephew of the Cezar of E&sia, stole his mothers jewels and gave them to a French actress. The Czar ordered his ar rest, and it is probable he will ex piate his offence in Siberia. Abjocbxed. The work of the Constitutional Convention was com pleted on Friday, and about noon of that day the work was accepted by the Convention by a vote of 86 to 13.
