"Kid" Hadlock wants to furnish water to the citizens of E4 Paso at a rate of six cents per thousand gallons with a dally capacity of six million gallons, the city to furnish the mains into which he will pump water from wells on his land just eas of Washington park and the two cemeteries. Mayor Rabinson -and the city council entertained Hadlock for nearly an hour Monday morning while he discussed his p-Ians, submitted maps, and declared he could deliier the goods.
