TIE quoestion of, widening the Ben alla bridge came up for discussion at Monday's Inecting of the Bonanlla Shire Council, and. the allocation of the cost' occupied the attention of councillors for some time. Discussion followed receipt of a letter from the Country Roads Board, which forwarded copy of report uhb mitted by a C.R.B. engineer, who in company with the shire engineer, and diotrict engineer, Inspected the Broken River bridge at Benalla with a view to. having same widened.
