Harrisburg, March 17, 1873-The bill known as the "Miners' Screen Bill," which passed the H->use some time ago, passed the Senate on Friday with some slight amendments, which will doubtless be concurred in by tbe House, and the bill will become a law. The miners have been demanding this bill for years, and it was passed in the Senate last year, bat whs defeated in the House by the friends of the operators.
