M On the Level I Candid Campus Cracks CAPS in lower case EDITORIAL COMMENT NOW IS THE TIME YES TO STUDY Students with a very few exceptions wait until the last night before an examination and then make a futile attempt to cram their cranium full of facts that should have been learned through- out the term. This plan of education is entirely out of place in Howard Payne College. It is these students who drop from the student body within one or two years if not sooner. It is strictly impossible for students regardless of their mental capacity to do the work of an entire grading period of nine weeks in such a short period of time. There is a way to come up at the end of a grading period with five grades which are not admirable and which the parents would not be glad to see. It isn't hard just put off until tomorrow which never comes everything that should be done today; start the aged system of procrastination which is the usual practice during the early period of a term; forget assign...
