The majority report, signed by Geo. S. Boitwell, Fraucia Thomas, Thomas Willems, William Lawrence, and John C. Churchill, declarer for the impeachment of the prudent, by recomiiieading to congress tha adoption of tha following resolution : "Resolved, That Andrew Johnson of the United State?, b impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors' Two miucrity reports were submitted, cue cl which concludes a3 follows : "Rigolwl, That the cemmittco of the judiciary be discharged from the further consideration of the impeachment of the president of tho United Stated, and that tha tubjsöt be laid. upon the table."
