The womens suffrage question is to be submitted to a separate vote, that proposition having been adopt ed by vote of 48 to CO. Gkoksbeck, the Democratic aspir ant for the Presidential nomination, has recently put $12,500 where it "would do the most good" in secur ing the sale of certain lands to the city of Cincinnati for a park. Ix the House the bill author izing the peole of Wood county to vote on the county seat question was defeated, but amotion to recon sider passed, and the question came np again on Wednesday. Congress met on the llth, but in view of the illness of Hon. Charles Sumner, Senate at once adjourned. The House continued in Session un til three o'clock, when, upon the an- , nouncement of the death of Sumner, it adjourned.
