To madla Hardware and Furlture. The Peoples Hardware and Furniture Company, Limited, with an authorized capital of $50, 000, was organized here yesterday by a number of Winnfield's lead ing business men. The first board of directors of the new concern consists of M. M. Fisher, A. J. Long, J. M. Hyde, A. L. Mc Donald and R. H. Fletcher, with B. H. Fletcher, President; A. L. McDonald, general manager, and J. D. Holmes, secretary and treasurer. The new company will open for business about January 15, 1907, probably in one of the new brick buildings nearing completion, and will handle everything usually carried in an up-to-date hardware and furniture establishment. Notonly will the new company cater to the local trade, but it is probable that the trade territory contiguous to Winnfield will be developed in a wholesale or job bing way, it being the purpose of the new concern to supply every thing in the hardware and furni ture line needed in this territory, in any quantities. The charter...
