Hyde, husband of the late millionaire's niece, wns arrested in Kansas City, Mo., Thursday on the charge of murdering the ned philan thropist. The warrant upon which the arrest was made was issued at the request of Attorney John G. Paxton, executor of the Fwope estate. First degree murder is charged.
