IMMUNIZATION CAMPAIGN MEETING IN BYRON BAY. A meeting was held at the Byron j Shire office to finalize matters in con nection with the diphtheria immuniza tion scheme. . The following attended: Shire Clerk (Mr. R. Brownell); Sliire Health Offi-' cer (Mr. J. E. Hallctt), Dr. J. Barnes Di Muriel Barnes, Mr. T. 'A. Browne (chemist) aiid the Headmaster, Mr. D. i Wnndwnrfl . 1 I Mr. R. Brownell was elected chair man of the committee for the conduct of the campaign. Approximately 200 names of pupils at Byron Bay Public School and Con vent School have Jieen handed in to tho Byron Shire Office in connection with the scheme. In order to facilitate the treatment there will be a clinic at the Byron Bay Public School and Dr. Muriel Barnes will be the officer in charge of the immunization.
