A Change of Rending. Friends, do not devote yourself ex clusively lo reading tlio war news. Do read something else; it doou 110 good lo read for the tenth time that the slaughter was awful. Diincult though it may be, make a deliberate effort, to turn your thoughts from tlio battlcllelds for a time. Don't bo afraid to laugh and enjoy yourselves whenever you get the elmnco. Fight for cheerfulness as hard as you can; thorn is (|ulto enough to depress us in our everyday lives without our mak ing matters worse by focussing our thoughts on horrors. MEDICAL MEMS. A Tooth Out of Line. [Newspaper Article] — Foster Mirror and South Gippsland Shire Advocate — 11 March 1915

MEDICAL MEMS. A Tooth Out of Line. A displaced tooth, that Is, ono' out of It;) proper line, should receive at tention. It has been founil that, such n tooth, janinieil against Its neighbors, Is very likely lo decay and to .spread the decay to Its follows. The food col lects between tho teeth, and cannot bo dislodged by the brush. In some eases tho displaced tooth Itself has to lie removed; in others, one of tho nolghliovlug teeth Has to be taken out lo allow the displaced tooth to fall Into line. Needless to say, the only time to think of these matters is In youth; when the teeth are growing and the Jaw-bones are still Incomplete ly developed, much may be done to modify the method of growth. When the jaw is fully grown and all the teeth aro in their llnal place nothing will alter thoni. An over-crowded mouth Is an unhealthy month, and mothers should always obtain expert advice when they seo their children's teeth growing in tho wrong place.
