Emioratioh to Hatti.—&. vessel will sail from Boston, on the 22d _Inst, with emigrants for Hayti. A large number of _exUos from Charleston, now in that city, will sail by this vessel. Forty have organised as a cotton-growing com* pany, under the name of the Lawrence Association of Naturalized Haytians. The Kev. Mr- Garnett, No 52 Laurens street, the agent for New York, will give any other emigrants designing to sail information on the subject. The Vessel will Bail from the port of Boston only. A cattie drover, while passing through Buffalo, a few days since, dropped a pocket-book containing nearly $2,000 in the refreshment saloon of the Lake Shore Railroad depot.
