Davenport or Mol no, has been definitely decided upon, though tbe Messrs. Hears are still non-committal on the subject. Their purpose, it is believed, is to erect an eiectric tizht and power plant, develop a thousand horse power on the site of their mill, and the water power is to he utilized in connection with two iiidepcndunt steam power plants, of 250 horse power each. The plant is to be complete in every particular and there will be a large part of that power which nnv be readily transmitted to Rock Island by electricity.
