The city of Littlilioht, situated upon the North-east horn of the Moon, being upon the borders of a country liable to be occupied by the enemy in a time of civil war, it oc curred to a few of the Littlelighta, who were nearly all loyal to the Lunatic Constitution and Government, that, as a matter of pre caution, it would be desirable to place the city in a posture of defense.
