With a bang tnat jarred tLc Journ-al-Miner'f Associated Preis news aer vice clear off the Wettem Union wire., tke front door of the local Weatern Union office cloied yester day, leaving this paper stranded high and dry so far as any telegraphic news is concerned. The closing of the door followed a telegraphic order from the president of the Commercial Telegraphers' union, issued at 1:30 o'clock yesterday morn ing, in Chicago, calling out on strike every union operator in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
