Artistic and Imposing Structure Connecting Link in Great Foothill Boulevard. An agreement has been interred into at a conference held at the court house in i.os Angeles last week, between the Supervisors and the mayor and city council of Pasadena whereby the proposed Arroyo Seen bridge on Past Colorado street will become a reality. The light for this bridge was started manv years ago and has continued with more or les- fervor.
