MAYS HILL DRAINAGE SYSTEM "DANGEROUS" Rubble drain cess pits are a storage space for stagnant, germ-ridden water, May's Hill Progress. Association claims. The association also told Hol royd Council that the draiiiage system was dangerous to: the health of residents. It asked Council to refer the matter to the District Representa tive of the Metropolitan Water Board, Aid. G. E. Maunder, with. the, view to having the* area scwered. Bridesmaids Carried Red Tulins One hundred and thirty guests attended the reception held at "Gleneagles," Wentworthville, following the recent marriage of Miss Joyce Whitmore to Mr. Leslie Norman Gambrill, at All Saints, Parramatta. The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Whitmore, of Parra matta, wore a gown of angel skin lace over taffeta with a 3 tiered veil held by coronet of flowers.
