M. .A DESPERADO . fBenjamini Wilkinson, on :remand, was charged with trespass, damage to property, and to be bouid over to keep the peace towards one Jame Siisith, of Trafalgar Villa, Male-street, 'Brighton. Mr. Gillott for complainant, Mr. Westly for the defence.
