Gov. bwanu bronglil forward fllty-elx witnesses, among whom were secessionists, Maryland bullion, etc. etc. The witneeea were carefully examtnud till the poio'.i made against the Commissioner were, that they, two hundred and forty In number, were radical and that about a dozun of them were high of not good moral character. ' The moat dissatisfaction was felt against them in districts most notorious for its bullies and sympathizers, and tlti goes to show that the Commissioners did their duty.
