Originating from the stage of the main auditorium, the first of this year's series of symphony con- cert* will be presented Friday from 4:30 to 5 p. m. over KFJZ and the Texas State Network. These broadcasts will be presented regu- larly on alternate Fridays at the same time. Friday's program will feature a short resume of the life of Franx Schubert and the play- ing of his "Unfinished Symphony" by the college symphony orchestra. The regular Saturday morning broadcast from station WFAA from 11 to 11:80 o'clock will fea- ture as soloists Judson Custer, vio- linist; Jim Jackson, vocalist; and Helen Prewitt, pianist.
