EXTRAORDINARY TIIIAL, FOR MURDER IN FRANCE. The juvenile murderer, Lemaire, who, oo the 20th of December last, murdered a laundress named Bainville, whom hit father was about to marry, was brought to tbe bar of the Assize Court of tbe Seine to take his trial on tbe 26th. Tbe faots charged in tbe indictment were all admitted by the prisoner with a oyuical frankness almost unparalleled, and which caused a thrill of borror in court. The prisoner lived with bis father in a bouse, No. 10, Hue do Chartree, La Ohapelle, Paris, wbiob belongs to tbe latter in fee simple. Lemaire senior is a locksmith, and bis son assisted liim in the business. He was always an idle fel low ; and when hie mother died in 1865 be said, in answer to some observation of bis father about tbe necessity of attending to business, that ft would be easier now, sinoe there was one u>outb less to feed.
