Sib— I have not the slightest doubt that bad the true character of the above so called enter tainment been known to the parents, that not onethird of the children would have been present ; indeed many parents would not have sent their children had they been paid for do ing so. And I would ask, Is it not time that the Board of Advice, or the head- teacher of onr Model School should discountenance the P''*5' of circulating tickets amongst the children in the school to attend such places unless tiie true character of the entertainment is known? The tickets given to the children in school stated ; — ' A person producing this ticket will be admitted for 61.' thereby leading the children to believe that a great favour was bestowed on them.
