STATE NEWS. Cleburne has been made an in ternational money order office. The Manor precinct in Travis county adopted local option on Thursday by a vote of 5 to 1. The postoffice at Cheatham, Colorado county, has been discon tinued and the mail transferred to Sublime. The report mentioned in Austin specials of the killing of a county official of Blanco county proves to bo untrue The ex-confederates of Nacog doches, Shelby, San Augustine and Sabine counties held a reunion at San Augustine on the 5th. A fast mail train has been es tablished between Dallas and St. Louis over the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe and the 'Frisco roads. A land company has purchased a tract adjoining Madisonville, which has been laid off in town lots and blocks, -which will be sold at public sale.
