Kelly of Pennsylvania, better known as " Pis Iron Kelly," is an gry with his Republican friends and vows he will leave the party if tlie talk of returning to specie payment does not cease. "P. I. K." wants pro tection and he wants inflation. If he cannot have these things, the Repub lican party can no longer have him. We would suggest to the Common Council that it would be a great con venience to many people if they would hold their meetings in the eve niug iv place of the aftoruoon.
