The city bank ihowed on Monday eve ning nearly thirty-two millioni of specie; an increase of over million on the week previ ous, accompanied, singular I o state, by re duction in the Joans and discount. A similar abundance of specie is' reported by the banks of N.w Orleans. In London the Bank of England hold $75,000,000 in specie, a'jjainst thirty last October.
