Mysterious Discovery of a Dead Body.-In our last we published an anonymous letter,' conveying -in formation of the discovery of a dead body, and describing the locality where it was to be found. Immediatly on the receipt of the letter   we handed it over to the Police, and we have now to record the proced.. ings taken by them in consequence.
