Knooan, of Rutherglen, has handed the following letter to me for publication, re ceived by him from his brother in Queens land: Dear Bernhard,-Having always taken a great interest in exploring, it becomes my lot to supply you with a few facts which I accidently came across, in connection with the Leichardt expedition, which I got from an eye witness. On our road back from the Warrego River, we fell in with a lot of travelling sheep, under the care of Mr. Anderson, who invited us to camp with him that night. After supper, hearing that we had been all over the colonies, he told ns that he had been with M'Intyre's expedition. I just wanted to know more particulars about it, as I had heard the party was broken up, and that the horses had perished. Baylis, Esq., P.M., at Plum Pudding Hill Creek, upon the obody Thomas McGrath, who had died rather! suddenly upon the previous day.., It appeared that about tlhree weeks ago Mr. John Patterson of.
