Before Robert Fitzgerald, Esq.     Henry Langton was brought forward for further examination, on a charge of obtain-           ing goods under false pretences, when the   evidence of Mr. Wm. Durham, of Clifton,   (upon whom the prisoner had drawn two or- ders, stating that he was Mr. Durham's   overseer) was gone into, and the prisoner was again remanded for further evidence, TUESDAY, MARCH 4TH.   Before W. Died. On Thursday last, JANE, wife of LABAN WHITE, Esq. On Sunday, the remains of this Lady were interred in the family vault at Richmond. On Monday last, rather suddenly, aged 84 years, Mr. Henry KABLE, one of the first settlers in the Colony, who has seen his   children and grand children grow up about him in comfort and respectability. His remains were followed to the grave yesterday afternoon, by a great many     friends and neighbours.
