Dairy Produce Factories. (continued.) Address by Mr. T. If. Orierson, manager Bodalla Estate, delivered at Strathalbyn S.A. The question may arise whether butter or cheese is the best article to be prodnoed, and there are arguments for both sides which de serve respectful attention, and the matter will most probably be decided by local consideration. Tbe value of tbe mey is quite equal to separated milk, ahd ia a very profitable source of in come to dairy factories as pig feed, and in itiauy instances paying the interest of the cost of the buildings.
