TOWN AND DISTRICT. [Newspaper Article] — The Mount Barker Courier and Onkaparinga and Gumeracha Advertiser — 1 April 1927

TOWN AND DISTRICT. The Murray Bridge Progress Asso ciation at its last meeting decided to iuvlte the co-operation o£ the Retail Traders' Association, Dairymen's As sociation, Citrus Growers' Association (Mypolonga branch), and the fruit growers and settlers generally in the district in ail matters of district in terest, and invitations have been des patched to the secretaries of the bodies named to attend the next meet ing of the Progress Association on Tuesday, April 12, and it is hoped that so many as can attend will do so. Settlers on the reclaimed areas are much iu need of better con ditions in regard to rates and rentals, and with the aid of the other bodies there is everything to b...
