ORANGE SAUCE _, One-half cup sugar One tablespoon cornstarch - One cup boiling orange juice Two tablespoons _^ butter One and one-haff tablespoons lemon juice Few gratings mutmeg Few grains salt Mix sugar and cornstarch , add orange juice gradually , stirring constantly Boil five minutes , remove from fire , add all other ingredients , including darined raisins Serve hot on _Gingei Bread .
