The thief who teok off three of Mr. FenainKtao'i om, noticed Ih our tart Issue, wes cught at Greenfield, (on the Monongshela Rirer,) IV Ilia name it Charlei Austin. He came to town, on the evening pretious to taking the horeee, in a buggy, from Wash ington, Guernsey county, with a Mr. Rosen thai, of Wheeling. Both got their luppere at the National Hotel. Alter supper he was sen in a drinking saloon, end the next sight our citizens had of him was when Mr. Pennington brought him up street, in a luegy, on Saturday, securely handcuffed.
