The crowd from this place was not large as the one last year, owing, perhaps, to the novelty of the thing having woru off w ith last Bummer's excursion, and somewhat to tho impracticability of realizing on future expectations. Thirty-eight, wo believe, was the number that got on tho train at 'I ion est a sta tion. At Hickory .nineteen more ex cursionists got on with smilinjj faces and wtll-filled baskets. At Trunkey ville quite a 'number were tiken in, and at Tidiouto it looked ns if the whole Iowa and surrounding country were tit Hie depot.
