It does seem so strange to not see the rain come so often; the farmers are enjoying the fair weather as it enables them to work their crops, although I have heard some say that they needed rain. It also seems strange that the Leon has not been rising most every day this week. The banks are so changed, some of the people, we hear, have forgoten some places they used to kuow well. The Miller Springs bridge is completed but some of the mud holes are to be fixed yet. Miss Anna Thompson shopped in Belton Monday. The ice cream supper at T. M.
