Land Leases. Austin Texas June 14. The following important opinion on the effect of the Supreme Court's decision in the Ketner case was rendered today by the Attorney Oreneral's department; Dear Sir. We are in receipt of yours of the 10th. inst. which is as follows: "I am receiving numerous in quiries with regard to the effect of the decision of the Supreme Court in the Ketner case which holds that the Commissioner could not consolidate into one lease where one party had sev- eral leases. Last Friday evening Mrs. R G. Oldham entertained the lit tle people in honor of her daughter Pearl's sixth birthday Music games and play amused tbem.
